Quebec culling deer to contain chronic wasting disease

Quebec is proceeding with a plan to kill more than 3,000 deer to stop the spread of chronic wasting disease, which is similar to mad cow disease. It’s deadly and highly contagious. As Mike Armstrong reports, the disease can’t be killed off completely, but it can be contained.
