Relations between Canada and the U.S. have seldom been as rocky as they’ve been during the past year of trade negotiations. Some analysts say negotiators were bound to find an agreement that is clearly in the economic interests of both countries. But as Eric Sorensen reports, others say it’s now time for Ottawa to reset its relationship with Washington.
