A crowd gathered in Millennium Park in Peterborough Thursday night to take a stand against sexual violence.
Take Back the Night was hosted by the Kawartha Sexual Assault Centre, Fleming College and other community partners.
It was a show of solidarity for survivors and their supporters.
Vigils were also held in Lindsay, Cobourg, Haliburton, and other locations across the country.
