B.C. already burned through 2018 budget

British Columbia Premier John Horgan visited Prince George Tuesday to see the effect of more than 500 wildfires burning across his province. Horgan says he’s hoping rain will fall to help firefighters, as much of western Canada faces very dry conditions. Reid Fiest reports.
