Since the beginning of 2018, Cobourg has seen 2 opioid-related deaths. Since last fall, the police force has issued naloxone at least 6 times. Chief Kai Liu joined The Morning Show today to talk about the opioid crisis, as well as how police down by the lake are preparing for the legalization of Marihuana.
