Some of the hardest hit areas by flooding in the BC interior are along the Kettle, West Kettle and Granby rivers. Close to 3000 people in some 1100 properties are under evacuation orders as flood waters inundate homes and threaten roads, bridges and power lines. The flooding is the worst most people have ever seen in the region and higher water may still be ahead.
