Quebec community considers ban on public smoking

The small community of Hampstead, Quebec is expected to vote in tough smoking laws, meaning there could be fewer places to light up outside. But as Mike Armstrong reports, anti-smoking advocates say it will only expose children to more secondhand smoke.
