Once again, the City of Kelowna is drawing attention for its use of surveillance cameras. The city wants to start monitoring its video cameras 24/7. It says that would make the community safer. But that’s sparked a rebuke from B.C.’s privacy commissioner — worried the invasion of privacy is going too far. Jules Knox reports.
