After a frigid holiday period in most of the country, 2018 isn’t bringing a lot of relief. Ontario will see temperatures plunge this week, while Atlantic Canada could see a major storm. In the west, temperatures are warming up, but that’s bringing new problems to Canadians. Reid Fiest reports.
