100 years ago Canadian soldiers slogged through mud and enemy fire to win The Battle of Passchendaele. Among them was Francis Pegahmagabow — the most decorated indigenous Canadian soldier of the first world war. Jeff Semple went back to the battlefield today where he’s being honoured.
