It’s small business month in Ontario, and a small business has just opened its doors in Warkworth. Owner of Centre & Main, Angela Roest, makes all her ethically sourced chocolate with real fruits, flowers, and spices. She says when it comes to making real, healthier chocolate – there’s a lot of science and creativity involved. Lindsay Biscaia stopped by this morning to get a full rundown on The Morning Show.
