Devastating pictures are emerging from some of the caribbean islands shredded by hurricane Maria. In Puerto Rico, the damage is crushing. And on the tiny island of Dominica, hit by the full force of a category five, everything is wrecked. More than a dozen people are known to have died. But the roads are so clogged with debris, they still haven’t checked every building. Maria is now on course to brush past the Turks and Caicos as a category 3. Mike Armstrong reports.
