Videos shared on social media show a man dressed in a police officer’s costume being filmed in a downtown Toronto intersection. Not captured on camera was a crash involving a Beck taxi. It appears the taxi driver misinterpreted the man’s gestures as traffic commands. Toronto police are asking for witnesses to come forward.
