Big buy on Bernard Avenue

Its prime real estate in the heart of downtown Kelowna but an entire city block on Bernard Avenue sat been stagnant for the better part of a decade. But after sitting vacant since 2010, a new deal is no doubt going to make a big difference downtown. Lauren Pullen reports.
