Thu, Aug 17: Two brothers have reopened their hair salon in Pierrefonds-Roxboro after the severe Quebec spring floods forced them to close. As Global’s Felicia Parrillo reports, the brothers used their own money because they say they couldn’t wait for the government’s support any longer.
