Tall Ships say goodbye to Halifax

Thousands of spectators swarmed the Halifax waterfront for the Tall Ships Regatta and now they are making their way out of the harbor, but not without one more incredible display of nautical showmanship. Global’s Jennifer Grudic takes a closer look at the “Parade of Sail.”
