A Nova Scotia man who filed a constitutional challenge against the province says he's pleased a judge ruled in his favour. Jeff Evely was issued a $28,000 fine for violating a provincial woods ban last summer, and as Mitchell Bailey reports, one legal analyst says the outcome does not look good for the province.
