London police name third suspect in Saturday’s terror attack

Police in London have named the third man who carried out Saturday’s deadly terror attack. He was a 22-year-old Moroccan-Italian named Youssef Zaghba. Italian authorities say they had stopped him from travelling to Syria a year ago. So why he wasn’t on the radar of British security? Redmond Shannon reports.
