ID found in illegal dump site in Ellison
Description
May 15, 2017
Relying on a friend to get rid of his garbage proved to be a mistake for a Kelowna man. His trash was dumped illegally over an embankment in the Ellison area. The garbage was found by a local volunteer organization. Inside the trash were several documents with names and addresses. Our Kelly Hayes tracked the ID to the owner of the trash who says it wasn't him, It was his friend.
