Okanaganites welcome recreational marijuana legalization

There is word that next month the federal government will announce it will legalize the recreational use of marijuana by July 1, 2018 — canada day. Okanagan dispensary owners and many residents say it’s about time, but as Kelly Hayes reports, the province of BC is not saying much.
