Community leaders in Emerson, MB are asking for more resources to deal with a surge of refugees seeking asylum from the United States. Just last weekend, over 20 people walked through snowy fields frozen by wicked wind chills from Minnesota to apply to be refugees in Canada. Reid Fiest reports.
