The Trump Administration’s request for an emergency ruling to reinstate the immigration ban for visa holders was rejected and a US federal appeals court wants to hear from both sides tomorrow afternoon but it denied a government request for an immediate stay of a judge’s order that halted US President Donald Trump’s ban on accepting certain travellers and all refugees.
