Canadians aren’t getting the message when it comes to texting and driving. Seventy per cent of Canadians know it’s wrong to text while waiting at a traffic light, but one-third of us still do it. Legislation across the country differs from province to province but police stress the golden rule is to just leave the phone alone. Mike Le Couteur reports.
