If the mayor of Penticton was hoping this would put an end to division in his community, he may be disappointed. On Thursday night council approved two separate deals involving parkland on the shore of Skaha Lake. Some of the more contentious issues were removed, but as Neetu Garcha reports many people are angry a private company will control the Skaha Lake Marina for the next 29 years.
