The Canadian Forces identified Capt. Thomas McQueen as the pilot who died in a CF-18 crash Monday, near CFB Cold Lake, Alta. Engaged to be married, the Ontario native was set for a promotion after 10 years in the cockpit. Reid Fiest reports.
