A first degree Alberta murder trial has been thrown out after a stay was grated in the 2011 alleged crime. An inmate at Edmonton Institution was charged with killing another prisoner. But, because of the over five year delay, a judge ruled justice was too slow, and the suspect won’t be tried. Reid Fiest reports.
