Toronto police have named one of their newest police horses after Sgt. Ryan Russell, who was tragically killed by a stolen snow plow in 2011. The four-year-old purebred Clydesdale has been named “Russell”. His family had the opportunity to ride on “Russell” at the naming ceremony.
