Cyclists on sidewalks annoy Kelowna pedestrians

It’s just one more thing to add to the “Summertime Blues”. Warm weather means more bike traffic, and all too often, those
bikes end up on city sidewalks. It’s illegal to cycle on sidewalks, but as Kimberly
Davidson reports, some cyclists feel sidewalks are sometimes the only safe places to be.
