End of Uber in Quebec?

Uber representatives said they’re worried they won’t be able to operate in Quebec if the provincial government drafts legislation that would treat all drivers as taxis. As Global’s Kelly Greig reports, that means Uber drivers would be forced to purchase taxi licenses.
