Thu, Mar 31: A 12-year-old boy, is recovering at home after being attacked and bitten by a Calgary police dog.
It happened in the community of Aspen Hills.
The service dog broke out of a back-yard, before chasing the boy into his home and biting him.
Now, the family is speaking out, saying they had no idea a dangerous animal was living next door. Sarah Offin reports.
