River Heights residents were starting to feel like crime in their neighbourhood was decreasing, but in the last two weeks there have been a number of incidents. Waldman started the Facebook group 'Smashed Window Club' a year ago when the neighbourhood had this same program. Global's Talia Ricci reports.
