Thu, Feb 25: Bombardier promotes itself as a proud symbol of Canada’s aerospace industry, but the Quebec-based company is constantly bleeding red ink. It recently got a billion-dollar bailout from the Quebec government and now, Bombardier is asking for federal funds.
