Community group concerned about clear-cutting near Mile Square
Description
March 20, 2026
A group of concerned kingston residents is speaking out about the sudden clear cutting on a piece of land in the west end of the city.
The property, near the intersection of coronation and taylor kidd boulavard, is a popular hiking and dog walking location for nearby residents.
They're hoping the land owner receives a stop work order due to potential wildlife affected by the removal of trees.
Kaytlyn poberznick has more.
