Beginning Tuesday, Environment and Climate Change Canada will begin using a new system that moves away from its traditional zone system for extreme warm weather warnings. The move will make sure only those who need the warnings get them, reducing alert fatigue for so-called "blue sky warnings." Matthew Bingley reports.
