Quebec’s new Bill 9 further restricts religion in public sphere

Quebec is introducing Bill 9, the CAQ’s latest controversial legislation targeting religion in public settings. The bill includes measures banning public prayer, prohibiting subsidized daycare workers from wearing religious symbols, and removing prayer rooms from CEGEPs and universities. Dan Spector reports.
