At least 36 people have been killed, and almost 300 others are still unaccounted for, after a fire that engulfed highrise apartment buildings in Hong Kong and burned for hours. Authorities have arrested three people for alleged manslaughter in connection with the inferno. A fire in one tower, under renovation, is believed to have spread to six others – trapping people inside.
