Halifax council moves forward with changes to limit development in high risk flooding areas

It’s been a long time coming for some people living in Bedford and Lower Sackville, as Halifax council is moving forward with changes that could limit development in areas at high risk of flooding. As Mitchell Bailey reports, the move comes in light of the historic flash flooding that swept through the area in 2023.
