How Bill 84 aims to integrate new immigrants

There is growing concern over the Quebec government’s latest push for nationalism. Experts and groups spoke out about Bill 84 on the first day of consultations.  The bill follows in the same vain as the CAQ’s controversial Bills 21 and 96. Global’s Franca Mignacca reports.
