National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) member Todd Inman said Thursday the agency is “confident” it will be able to recover the black boxes from both American Airlines Flight 5342 and a military Black Hawk Helicopter, following a crash Wednesday night that left dozens of people dead. However, he said the NTSB does not “know enough facts” to rule out any potential cause for the collision.
