Russian intelligence services know who ordered the killing of top Russian general Igor Kirillov, a Kremlin official said on Wednesday. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov accused Ukraine of using methods of terrorists after Lieutenant General Kirillov, who was the chief of Russia’s Nuclear, Biological and Chemical Protection Troops, was killed in Moscow on Tuesday.
