The Parole Board of Canada has denied Paul Bernardo’s request for temporary absences, day and full parole. While the board found the school girl killer has made progress since being transferred to a medium security prison 18 months ago, they found Bernardo still poses an undue risk to the public Catherine McDonald reports.
