Hours-long waits for Stanley Park Bright Nights tickets

Families were faced with hours-long waits today as they tried to purchase tickets to the upcoming Bright Nights train in Stanley Park. As Troy Charles reports, there were so many would-be buyers, that the ticketing provider had to pause the site to manage demand.
