‘Unstable crane’ forces SkyTrain, road closures in East Vancouver

A street in East Vancouver was shut down and SkyTrain service disrupted for several hours Thursday due to what TransLink says was an “unstable crane.” As Troy Charles reports it comes just days before new safety regulations are set to take effect.
