Penticton homicide victim’s mother speaks

We’re hearing from the mother of Taig Savage, who was found dead outside a Penticton school in 2021 and determined to be the victim of a homicide. One of the suspects in the killing is now subject to an arrest warrant, after failing to appear in court. Victoria Femia reports.
