It was Sept. 1 1905 when Alberta officially became a province of Canada and joined Confederation. From it’s Indigenous roots to the decades of achievements over the province’s history, the day celebrates all things Alberta. Kabi Moulitharan has more on how Edmontonians are commemorating the day.
