Commuter and cargo trains are moving again after a tumultuous week which saw the country’s rail network grind to a halt — due to a lockout. As Andrea Macpherson reports, while the 9,000 plus unionized workers are back on the job, Canada’s two largest railways say it will take “weeks” for operations to return to normal.
