Concerns over public access to Vancouver’s waterfront in Point Grey

There are new concerns expressed about public access to Vancouver’s waterfront. At issue is a set of stairs in Point Grey. The city says the stairs were damaged nearly three years ago, but as Jordan Armstrong reports, the fact they haven’t been repaired is leading some to question the city’s priorities.
