A frustrated Kia owner says she’s been left at the side of the road by the South Korean automaker. She says her vehicle consumes excessive amounts of oil, and now she’s been told she needs a new engine which could potentially cost her thousands of dollars. But that changed when Consumer Matters reporter Anne Drewa got involved.
