Cooking Together: National Oyster Day

National Oyster Day is August 5th. Oysters are considered to be one of Canada’s most valuable shellfish. Calvin Shiu is the Assistant Manager and Oyster Shucker from Fanny Bay Oysters, and joins Jennifer Palma.
