A walk along the seawall took a terrifying turn for a mother pushing her baby in a stroller over the weekend, when a stranger started to yell and chase them. The incident has left her shaken, so much so that she is planning to leave the city. Police say this wasn’t the only encounter the suspect had on Sunday. Janet Brown reports.
